How We Handle DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user. We may also terminate access for repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification with us containing similar information as outlined above, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Our service simply provides a technical means to access content from external sources. For content removal requests, we recommend contacting the source platform directly (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) as they control the original content.
